are welcome to nominate their best Young Chinese Entrepreneur. Each
nominator can submit more than one nomination and every application
will be followed up in detail. Great prizes will be presented to each
successful nominator. You can also join this award without nomination.
The winners from the five regions will be invited to attend the Yazhou
Zhoukan's 15th Anniversary Gala Dinner and prize presentation ceremony
in December.

must fill in the application form together with one recent photo and
attach a nomination report in 1,500 to 2,000 words (Chinese or English).
Please specify the reasons for application; past contributions towards
the business developments of your company and/or any personal achievements
(Report details must demonstrate how the nominee fits in with the
application criteria - business achievement; leadership ability and
the innovative skills etc). Applicants can also incorporate the future
development plans of the company in the report.
Please submit supplementary documents to support your entry. For example,
copies of the annual financial report, audited statement and/or any
awards received in the past. All submitted information will only be
used for the purposes of this event and the information will not be
disclosed to any third parties (except for the award committee and
the panel of judges) for the protection of your privacy. However,
the sufficiency of information submitted will be taken into account
in judging.
